Her hb got into an accident and is in bad state. So she decided to stay home and look after him. To wait for him to recover will take time so she rather I find another maid.
So difficult to get a good employee... I hope the next one will be like her... if not better...hehehe..
I went to the maid agency yesterday. The transfer maid, she will start next week, InsyaAllah...so for the time being...

Asked the new maid why was she returned to the agent, she said my employer's MIL complaint that I like to tell story... instigating both MIL and employer that caused some unhappiness.. but of course she deny it...
I warned her that when she work with me, I do not tolerate such nonsense. You come here to work and not to cause any problem. If your intention is to work then WORK properly. If your intention is to come here for fun or holiday then you might be better off at home. She promised that she will work diligently. Yeah.. I am yet to see that... I am taking a risk here... anyway who is not.???

mmg betul dear... she is soooo very patient with me and kids. Tak pernah dengar dia merunggut ke berdengus ke...
If I scolded the kids, she would be the one telling them to listen to me.. not to be naughty... advising them..
Hopefully the new one is as good as her.. if not better :P.
