if the maid change for the better with new employer then good for the employer. But if she gets worst, causing accidents, death and so on... then pity the employer.
However, on the other hand, these bad maids kalau kena dengan worst employer of the year baru dorang tau.. kena buku dengan ruas!!!
seeeram i dengar mcm2 kes maid luckily i no more in spore..n i vow will NEVER hire fultime!! hehe...but alhamdulillah my PT maid here very nice and helpful n we get along well..she was strongly recommended by some Indon expats here..strictly ironing,cleaning,do grocery for me but i do keep an eye in case anything..u never noe..berkat doa,she been working wif me since 2005..kita doa yg baik insyallah dpt yg baik..nasib masing2..lolz
yeah lah... dorang ni mcm mcm aje. Not only Indonesian maids but others too. The problem is sometimes they think they come here for holiday. Did not expect to scrub, to wash, to care for elderly, kids, babies.. and so on. Some even come here with bad intention. So when things didnt go as they expected, they do all the stupid silly things that makes us mad. Kalau sikit sikit tu tak pe... some brings men home, beat the kids, hit the elderly, steal. haizzz.... Alhamdulillah, my current maid so far so good. If you are good I treat you well... but you give me your nonsense I sent you back to Batam. Once, twice I can tolerate... more than 3 times you ask for it!
wat i read n found out d agencies fr indon didnt train them properly and part of the reason they didnt expect some of their responsibilities..bad structure in d indon govt.. some of my fam n relatives got maid too..so i noe d sentiment.ada tu my mom treated them like own children noeing they wil be homesick,dia org pun manusia kan..of coz only one or 2 cases they brot men into d hse..tu yg parah coz while my niece went teaching,her kids under d maid's care..luckily d neighbour keep an eye n saw wat happened.. dats y my working sisters quit their FT,well paid job to take k their kids aftr hvg 4th one..nw kids dah besar they work PT.. Wat my fam did was teach their kids to monitor their maid's whereabt n movement in case anything..hehee.. another way pasang surveilance system like wat friend did n installed in his laptop n monitor at work..exp but safe move..
same here worid 4 them..in d West they exposed such crimes on documentary,the nannies swinged,slapped n hit d kids eventho babies until d baby died due to head injuries.. watched d program dat exposed bad nannies in US n Europe..very scary n inhuman acts..kalo tak bole handle pun,jgnlah sampai kill d innocent children..marahkan d employer, anak yg jadi sasaran..luckily they put surveilance cam.. memanglah not easy to take k kids kata budakkan but these nannies or maids behave worse than a beast..binatang pun tau sayangkan anak!

hmmm... mcm mcm perangai. My youngest sister too will be installing surveillance camera at her home soon.... She got two young children at home.
